What a cute buzz! He really wanted to be batman or spiderman, but finally decided buzz was cool too.
Shelby's masterpiece
Before the mess!
What fun time of year! We have tried to celebrate as much as possible. We finally made it to Harriman Haunts (or whatever it is called) and had a really good time. Shelby and I waited in line to ride the hay ride, and Morgan and Aaron caught up a few minutes later after their hunting. I think the trip was worth it, Shelby kept telling me "thank you for taking us here." We even braved the spook alley. Morgan was a little overwhelmed and Shelby just kept saying this is not real. Overall fun.
-Grandpa Reynolds was kind enough to grow pumpkins for us this year. Shelby had a great time. She really surprised me though, she thought the inside was too gross to clean out, so then of course Morgan thought the same thing. So I ended up cleaning out the pumkins, but Shelby actually carved the face on hers. Morgan lost interest pretty fast, so I helped finish his up, but he really liked the finished product. ~Thanks grandpa for the great pumpkins.
-We had a fun time at the school carnival. Poor Shelby was a little too hot in her big plush dog costume, but other than that the kids had a great time.
-Shelby's kindergarten class had a party with pizza, carrots, apples with carmel, and goblin drink. Morgan and I were lucky enough to be able to help. Then the kids got on their costumes and paraded around the school and showed the other classes. Sounds like a fun day at school huh!
-Main street trunk or treating is tonight and that should finish off the whole halloween season. Next task - Christmas?
